The System 100 portable mast is an exceptionally compact mast of up to 10m suitable for use in tactical Forward Operating Base infrastructure.
The system can be deployed in <10 minutes, enabling the rapid deployment of top loads of up to 15kg. Typical applications are radio communications, data and surveillance equipment. The rolacage’s rugged aluminium construction allows both the 8m & 10m versions of the mast to be set at any height up to their maximum. In addition, mounting points are incorporated into the rolacage base enabling it to be secured and transported externally on tactical vehicles. Weather resistant and recoverable even when iced up, the mast maintains operability in the harshest environments.
The mast system has exceptionally low packed volume. Available in two heights, 8m and 10m, the System 100 portable mast rolls down to 30 x 42 x 26cm (12 x 16 x 10″ approx.) and weighs from just 22.7 kg (50lb). The system is supplied with everything you need to setup the mast and the top cap includes a 30mm socket for mounting the top load.
A range of accessories to aid deployment are available. For example, the Central Guy Control reduces the number of personnel required to setup the mast, enabling fast and easy setup by only two or three people.
Manufactured to comply with the relevant sections of MIL-STD-810G, the Rolatube SYSTEM 100 mast is manufactured using our unique composite to provide reliable operation over its lifetime in the harshest tactical environment.
The mast system is only available in black.
