Rolatube Deployable Mast Systems at MACH 2026
Rolatube will be attending MACH 2026 from the 20th to 24th April at the NEC Birmingham, UK.
MACH is the UK’s premier manufacturing technology event, organised by the Manufacturing Technologies Association (MTA), attracting engineers, manufacturers, and production professionals from across the country to explore the latest in precision engineering, advanced manufacturing, and materials innovation.
Lightweight, Portable Infrastructure for Manufacturing and Industry
Rolatube’s industrial mast and tripod systems are designed for environments where portability and weight matter.
Built using patented Bi-stable Reeled Composite (BRC) technology, the systems pack down to a compact size for easy transport, then deploy into rigid, load-bearing structures on site.
The System 50 Tripod weighs just 3.5kg yet supports top loads up to 115kg, 33 times its own weight, and packs to just 250mm x 320mm x 260mm.
For applications requiring height, mast systems from 2 metres to 10 metres are available, with the entire range designed around minimal weight and maximum capability.
With no moving parts and virtually zero maintenance requirements, Rolatube systems are well suited to inspection, monitoring, temporary lighting, and communications across manufacturing and industrial facilities.
Every product is designed and manufactured in the UK, at Rolatube’s facility in Lymington, Hampshire.
