Rolatube Portable Mast and Tripod Systems at Land Forces 2026

Rolatube will be joining our Australian distributor Spearpoint at Land Forces 2026. The International Land Defence Expo takes place from the 6th to the 8th of October in Perth, Australia.

Land Forces is Australia’s leading land defence exhibition, drawing military personnel, government representatives, and defence industry partners from across the Indo-Pacific and beyond. Its focus on the equipment, capability, and infrastructure of modern land operations makes it a natural fit for Rolatube’s sector.

Elevated ISR and Communications for Forward Land Operations

Every Rolatube mast and tripod is built around patented Bi-stable Reeled Composite (BRC) technology. The material stores as a compact roll and forms a rigid, load-bearing tube when deployed, so small teams can carry elevation in with them and set it up wherever a position needs cameras, sensors, radars, or communications equipment.

For land forces, the System 75 range is the standout. Its single tube configuration reaches 7 metres and supports top loads of up to 11kg, and its double tube version supports up to 23kg, enough for directional antennas, image recognition cameras, and multi-sensor payloads used in reconnaissance and target acquisition. The single tube packs down to 280mm x 330mm x 250mm at 4kg, the double tube to 280mm x 330mm x 250mm at 5.8kg, and both can be raised by minimal personnel in minutes. Where a fixed site or vehicle mount calls for more height, the System 100 reaches 10 metres for wider-area coverage.

That capability holds up in real land force environments. There are no locking collars to fail, no seals to jam, and no lubricants to freeze. The systems perform in temperatures from -31 degrees C to +49 degrees C, in winds of up to 100kph, and after long periods stored in vehicle bays or forward compound stores. Rolatube kit is in service with NATO and allied forces worldwide for tactical communications, ISR, and rapid deployment.

Meet Rolatube and Spearpoint at Land Forces 2026

Land Forces 2026 takes place from the 6th to the 8th of October in Perth. The Spearpoint team will be on their stand throughout the event, and members of the Rolatube team will be with them to meet Australian and Indo-Pacific land defence professionals interested in how compact, portable mast and tripod systems can strengthen field operations.
