Rolatube Portable Mast and Tripod Systems at POLSECURE 2026

Compact, Deployable Systems for Defence and Security

Rolatube’s mast and tripod systems are built for operations where portability, reliability, and rapid setup are essential. 

Using patented Bi-stable Reeled Composite (BRC) technology, the systems deploy from a compact rolled state into rigid, load-bearing structures, lightweight enough to be carried in a backpack and set up by a small team.

With no moving parts and no maintenance requirements, the systems perform reliably in challenging conditions, operating across a temperature range of -31 degrees C to +49 degrees C and can withstand winds up to 100kph. 

Mast systems from 2 metres to 10 metres support, communications antennas, perimeter sensors, and lighting equipment, while tripod systems provide stable, ultra-portable platforms for monitoring and observation.

The technology is proven across military and security applications worldwide, trusted by defence forces for its exceptional weight-to-load ratio and compact pack size. 

A System 50 Tripod weighs from just 3.5kg yet supports loads up to 115kg, packing down to a size that fits in a standard grab bag.
